    Bring your yoga mat and head out to beautiful Manna Meadows Alpaca Farm just outside Bonner Springs for Yoga with Alpacas led by Kristin Rea and Sharon Heimes.

    A signed liability waiver is required for each participant.  Participants over the age of 18 years must sign their own waiver, and those under 18 years must have a waiver signed by their parent/guardian.  The waiver forms can be electronically signed online here.  If you prefer a paper waiver, you can download it for printing and signing here.  If you’re sure you’ve signed our waiver in the last year you do not need to sign another, but if you book using a different form of your name or different contact info we will likely have difficulty locating your waiver and will ask you to sign another one when you arrive.

    This is an outdoor event.  Shopping is available following the session.

    Cancellation Policy: If we have to cancel a yoga session due to weather or other unforeseen conditions, we will refund the full booking fee, including card processing fees retained by Square, and consider it our bad luck!  If a participant cancels their reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, we will refund all but the card processing fees retained by Square(currently 2.9% of the total transaction plus $0.30).  If a participant cancels less than 24 hrs prior to the session, there will be no refund of any booking fees paid. Please double check your contact details in your booking information as these are our only way of notifying participants of cancellations.  If you booked for other people, you are responsible for letting them know of cancellations since we have no info for them.

    If the entire event has to be cancelled by Manna Meadows or the instructor, due to weather or other unforeseen events, the full booking fee will be refunded, including card processing fees retained by Square. Bookings may be cancelled per customer request up until 24 hrs prior to the booked event, and all but the card processing fees retained by Square(currently 2.9% of the transaction plus $0.30) will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hrs before the event, no refund is available. All refunds will be processed through the payment method used to place the booking. Refunds through Square to credit cards are usually approved within a few hours, but may take 5-7 business days to be credited back to the card holder's account.
